The best part about our service is we staff your communities with experienced new home agents with our company for FREE. We work the traffic and get paid the standard fee you would pay to a cooperative agent in the transaction anyway when we sell a home (No commission paid if home sold by another realtor). This gives your company full staffing without the overhead expense.

GOLD LISTING SERVICE
Homes you choose to list with us are placed on the MLS for 2.0%. Lockbox and sign placed on your property. Property advertised on our website, realtor.com and various other real estate related media. Staff the inventory home with a salesperson. Market the home to the realtor community. Provide weekly traffic activity and maintenance reports. Present all offers and sell your inventory homes ($99 fee only for homes sold by builder staff).
